First release: Reason for existing and future plans.

A couple of factors led to the existence of Tier Chart Creator. I started making a video comparing melon sodas as I felt I was missing out on some exciting flavors, I wanted to find which I thought to be the best and also figured it would make for entertaining video content. To conclude the video I would end it with a tier list, as one does naturally in these times as an independent video content creator.

However I knew I'd have to use Tier List Maker and it doesn't seem there's really any alternatives. I did not have any problem with this initially until I noticed it was not only dependent on their own website being up, but Twitter as well for signing up.

"So there is no simple offline alternative?" 🤔

Thinking on it I found it wouldn't be that challenging of a program to make. Just a week later and as of this post, v0.1 is done. While it doesn't have some features I think will be expected, it works very well for what it is and had more than I needed to make that video. Tier Chart Creator definitely has room to grow, but it has a solid base to work with and make that happen.

Some of the likely expected features that will be included in upcoming versions are:

Saving & loading of project files
Fit the tier chart display to a full screen view mode
Export tier chart display to an image file (or spreadsheet file if possible)
