It is an offline file-based solution not dependent on any online services. 

Use is simple. First drag and drop images onto the application, this will create a new entry for each represented by the images. You then create ranks for them to be sorted into by clicking the 'plus' [+] button. You can save the project any time, keeping this as a template or start sorting by dragging entries over their placement in the ranks.
