Need an easy and fast way to chart out a tier list? Compare or rank whatever you want with Tier Chart Creator!

It is an offline file-based solution not dependent on any online services. 

Use is simple. First drag and drop images onto the application, this will create a new entry for each represented by the images. You then create ranks for them to be sorted into by clicking the 'plus' [+] button. You can save the tier list project any time, keeping this as a template or start sorting by dragging entries over their placement in the ranks.

You can use this for your next video or presentation about which fighter is strongest, what flavors you prefer or for whatever purpose you find for your next tier list.
