Version 0.9.1 fixes the contestant size ratio lock and many remaining issues.

Fixes:
✅ The contestant size ratio lock is unfinished.

    ✅ Load the state of the lock from the project save data (already saves correctly).

    ✅ Have the state of the lock apply to all contestants when changed. This means having the entry size X value represent both the X and Y values for size.

    ✅ Have the state of the lock apply to all contestants' sizes on load.

    ✅ When the lock is applied hide the Y axis value widget. 

✅ When a row is moved it now resizes the base correctly.

✅ When a row becomes empty, the remaining rows will have improper vertical spacing. The row size now updates to correct this.

✅ The rank height size did not update properly after moving an entry. 

✅ Minimum rank Y size has been increased to accommodate bigger font sized letters. Users could cause this when a new rank was created that has less than 3 characters in the name.
