v0.7 Adds drag and droppable ranks.

✅ A new button was added to each rank's options that allows for one to drag and drop ranks into a different order allowing the user to rearrange ranks.

✅ A new drop marker is introduced showing the user where their rank will be dropped and will only be shown when dragging a rank.

✅ Rank options now fade in and out when a rank is hovered over.

🔜 Version 0.7.1 will fix the measurement by which it determines the position of placement when dropping a rank. It is currently inaccurate.
