v0.2.4 cleans up some last bugs before moving forward

This is the last patch version before I'm moving on to adding more features for v0.3 .

- If a portrait is added with a texture file name that is already taken it will append or increment a number at the end of the file name.
- When renaming a portrait, the name is already taken and focus is lost on the portrait name entry then it will revert the name to the one before focus was initially gained.
- Character export format list is now displaying options correctly.
- No repeat character exports now disclude the keys column.
- Project settings is now discluded from all exported data.
- Key names can now be much longer in the tree display.
- A bit more space is given to questions in the tree.
- Singular answers are now displayed properly in the tree.
