Version 0.3.1.1 Fixes a couple of crash conditions.

Thanks to user feedback from Pixelevator ( https://pixelevator.itch.io/ ) there were two crashes found. This version fixes both of them.

• When a new project is created, the available languages are cleared from the project's list of languages. However this is a problem as the script data requires at least one language. Normally when the program is started it defaults to English. This has been resolved for now by also defaulting new projects created from the menu into English. In the future the default may become an editor option or ideally not require a default.

• If the 'next' field is filled in, but the entry for it has not been created yet and the user then activates the tree view, it will try to generate for the 'next' entry that does not yet exist. The fix implemented is to simply see if the next entry exists first by checking if it's index is out range.

The next update will improve the documentation by providing a manual followed by a video tutorial on how to use Squeaker. Expect updates to the software's stability and usability in the mean time.
