v0.2 alpha "Post-Jam Refinements" released!


Just a week after it's initial release, Tiktaalik's Tale has been updated to version 0.2 alpha! Here's the change log.

Features:
- Options mode with volume management
- Credits mode including version information
- New placeholder music by Kevin Macleod & Gravity Sound
- Dunkleosteus has been cursed by number generation to keep things spicy.

Fixes:
- Sound effects should be at a reasonable volume
- Flat ground tiles are not sunken inward anymore
- Many smaller fixes I've forgotten about

Plans for future versions:
- Implement health
- Implement knockback
- Boss
- AI adjustments
- Longer, more thoughtful level design
- Compose original music
- Windowed upscaler
- Make minimal 'grounding collider' so creatures can go into the wall a bit even if long (like tiktaalik)
- And of course, lots of polish

Tiktaalik's Tale will remain a free game to serve as a sampling of my current game programming skill.
